Bank no longer syncing; claims not supported?

I see

Site Not Supported - This bank or lender is not available on Stessa. Please “Import” your data via OFX, QIF, or CSV.

I see this for my primary bank (Elevations Credit Union) which I’ve had synced to Stessa for five years. New transactions are indeed not importing. How can I pursue this?

Hi - Based on your snippet this means that Yodlee no longer supports that bank. You can open up a support ticket for additional information on how to move forward without the bank being connected.
