Each of our properties have sinking funds for future maintenance, insurance, property tax, income tax on our other banking platform but its all dumb to real estate like this. Would be helpful to see tracking into this platform to help auto split and save accordingly.

Auto split and transfer would be very helpful and is top priority for me along with check images.
