I am really loving Cash Management, but it’s a huge outage to not reliably be able to reach customer support when more urgent banking needs come up. Blue Ridge Bank says they can’t help with our accounts. Please add a customer support phone number. I know that’s a logistical and cost burden, but you operate as a bank without a phone number to call.

I would agree. If Stessa is managing cash, they need to have standard contact options on par w/ a bank:
a) chat - even if it starts w/ a bot, should have option to speak to an agent
b) email / web form
c) phone
And there should be a case # generated for each inquiry.

100% agree. For a paid banking service like this the level of support is not acceptable.
I agree this area needs better response time.
