CENLAR mortgage statement import no longer working


I have a mortgage through CENLAR (loanadministration.com) and I had set the statements up to auto-import via Stessa. That was working up till about a month ago. I now have the “Fix it” link in my data sources screen.

When I click “Fix it” however, it just goes to a blank screen and there’s nothing else I can do from there.

Anyone else having this issue? Stessa team, has anyone reported this?

@rmacbean Thanks for reporting this error. Can you try the “Fix It” link again from your Data Sources page? Sometimes our secure banking partners have maintenance or other technical issues going on that impact the ability to refresh these accounts on demand.
