Some of my data that is imported from connected accounts is being imported in as Money In values when it should be Money Out (mortgage payments for example). I’ve used another property management software that has an option to change how these are imported so they are correct. We need that option.
I had the same issue with a bank disbursing funds out of my escrow account. Since then, I have taken the unpopular position to not connect financial accounts for myself and my clients. I don’t blame Stessa as the issue may be between the third-party (Plaid) and the bank.
