Our secure banking provider, Yodlee, has alerted us that Chase and Bank of America have now moved to Open Banking protocols for all third party data connections. This includes your data connections in Stessa. If you have accounts linked via either Chase or Bank of America, you will need to do a manual refresh from your External Accounts page on a desktop or laptop computer.
Due to some temporary limitations, the Stessa mobile apps do not currently support the one-time credentialing process required to move over to Open Banking. Once the refresh process is completed, you will still be able to see your new transactions via the mobile app, as usual.
