Has anyone used this feature? I sent out a document for tenants to sign, which they did, but I can’t see it in my account. Has this happened to anyone and how did you rsolve it? I am VERY disappointed in Stessa’s customer service as they are not getting this resolved for me and taking much too long to respond. I like the site for accounting, but this might be a deal breaker for me.
