Failed payments import as successful from Apartments.com

Apartments.com imports “failed payments” as regular payments that did process.

I noticed this as well. I had become familiar with a tenant not paying rent however I was seeing a payment post in stessa.

Can you help me understand if the problem is bigger than this?
It looks like Stessa is counting duplicate payments. One from Apartments.com whether it fails or not and another one from my bank if the payment clears.
