Horribly slow payment processing cycle

I am in the process of migrating from QuickBooks online to Stessa and decided to run parallel with both platforms before cutting chord with QuickBooks. They are not the same animal; not did I expect them to be. I am getting used to navigating the Stessa software and believe it has ample functionality to make migrating a good overall choice. Plus, Stessa Pro cost a lot less money than QB Online Plus! However, the one huge issue that I did not anticipate with Stessa is the length of time it takes from when my tenants pay rent to when the cash is settled in my account. First, it has to settle in the Thread Bank account, that was 5 business days. Once it was available in Thread Bank, I immediately put in for a transfer to my operating account and that took another 3 days. That is 8 days all together, and that is an absolute deal killer for me. Landlords are dealing with multiple tenant payments every billing cycle (30 in my case), when a tenant makes a payment, I need the payment processing to happen as quickly as possible. In QuickBooks, once online rent payments are made, they are in my account 2-3 days later. That allows me to schedule cash flow and deal with any payment issues as they occur (i.e. - NSF payments). Yes, I pay for 1% of every deposit to QuickBooks for that luxury, but it is worth it to me. I cannot live with a 7-to-8-day turnaround. I wish there was something that could be done about this, I have not been able to find an answer.
