I initiated a transfer from my CapitalOne account on March 2.
CapitalOne showed it complete on March 6.
It’s now March 9 and my Stessa account still shows it pending.
Same here but my Stessa account not showing it pending and I’m new to Stessa. So, now I’m worried tenant’s $2300 is loss. My tenant is getting furious because they can’t move in until I receive funds and his bank shows the funds were taken out of his account. Is there customer support we can call ?
Hi, Same here. I’m experience the same lag. effect Still I haven’t received the money.
Usually my Property management initiate the disbursement on 1st. I’ll get it on 1st itself.
Today is 5th, still it doesn’t reflect any thing in my Stessa Account
So, is your issue resolved. ?
For the paid version, how long does take for rental payments to appear in the bank account? I am thinking of upgrading because my tenant paid on April 30; as of today it still shows pending. I need that money
Pro version isn’t clearing transactions any faster, it’s been 4 business days I’m still waiting for the cash to clear. I would not recommend Stessa for rent collection, period.
I am very frustrated with transactions “deposits” taking 5 or more days to post. Pro version does not seem to make any difference. If we knew that a deposit for instance was rejected instead of no reply at all we could rectify he situation. Any acknowledgement and a pending status would be a big difference. If this was just a stand alone bank I would have closed my account already.
And no one from Stessa has provided a response to this?? I"m having the same issue. initiated transfer on 9/16 and the money is gone from my account on 9/19 and today is 9/25 and I still don’t see the money in my Stessa cash management account.
