How long does it take to have the funds transferred into my property account.? The funds have already been removed from the tenant’s account. Is there something we are missing.?

most seem to take 7 to 8 days a bit annoying. i do have one pending rent pymt from 11/25 now 12/08??

I just put an inquiry in about this since one payment was noted as pending for 14 days (11/24 til now). It still shows as “pending” in my transaction list, but was evidently credited to my account on 11/30 according to the November statements. No answer yet as to why it is STILL pending, other than “a bug”.
Average payment processing times seem to be anywhere from 4 to 7 days. Why so slow? I’ve had to delay my automated mortgage payment withdrawal date til the 10th of each month to be sure we’ve received the funds.

It is pretty irritating that payments are submitted and it takes days to find out the tenants have insufficient funds and or to get your payments.
Payment processing times can vary greatly depending on a number of factors, including how well seasoned your Stessa account and/or Stessa Cash Management accounts are, whether you are on the free Essentials plan or a paid subscription plan, the external bank(s) involved in the transaction, and a wide array of other security and fraud control measures that may come into play.
