My first tenant paid using STESSA on January 29th. On that same day I “funded” my cash management account from my back account. Everything shows in the Transactions page but it all still shows as Pending. Today is February 5th. I should have access to these funds by now, correct?
Their official answer is “up to 5 business days” which is the equivalent of a full week, assuming no holidays.

I got paid the 31st, payment says “pending”. Today is the 8th and still nothing… I asked customer service but nothing back still. Im in the same boat. Goodluck!
