Missing Funds from Cash Management "Upgrade"

I did the upgrade on 11/20. We had a scheduled deposit arrive on 11/21 and I have not been able to get any response from Stessa on when my funds will be released. I can see them sitting in the now closed account through the online portal but have no way to withdraw or transfer those funds. At the moment we have close to $2,000 sitting with Stessa that we can’t access. Completely unacceptable.

Same here. Last months interest is stuck in closed accounts.

Same here, I just had a rent payment come in on 11/28 and it went to the closed account. I can’t transfer my money out!
