Hi guys, new Stessa user here. I’m trying to set up my accounts and for some reason Stessa will only import the past 90 days….trying to get it for at least this year. Any thoughts? NBKC accounts and Amex CC. Thanks!
@manifestpotentiality Yes, many banks will only send through 30, 60, or 90 days of past transactions data when the connection is first established, so this is a common challenge. The best way to close the gap is to get an OFX or QFX data file directly from your bank for the missing time period. Then upload the file directly to Stessa via the “Import” button on the Transactions page.

Also requesting this, as many banks have dropped OFX and CSV downloading (Alaska credit card). I am missing 6 months in 2021 as Stessa link broke and I didn’t check. Can’t use tax package, so I will have to use another tool.
