I thought Stessa was going to be perfect, but I can not see how to add a separate charge to a tenant other than “collecting rent”. This would be such a huge glaring oversight that I almost think I must be missing it.
If Stessa does not have the capability, it immediately gets disqualified as a property management tool which would be a shame as its so good at everything else. And I would ask what would be the point of adding a feature to collect rent if you cant collect other fees like deposits and charges? Again, I am hoping the error is mine here.
