On the Dashboard page, when All Properties are selected, the piechart below the fold shows a few metrics like Square Footage, Rent, Market Value etc. Would like to request adding rental-specific metrics like Cash Flow broken down. Maybe a column graph would be a better control to display metrics like interest rate, rent etc.
Same on the Properties page. Add columns for metrics like Cash Flow, Interest Rate, Monthly Rent, LTV, Lease Expiration Date. Would be nice to be able to select columns to show as part of the grid.
