Manual Upload Missing Transactions

Hi,

I just noticed a line item was missing from my Stessa transactions from a manual upload I just made. I got spooked and combed through the hundreds of transactions I just uploaded to find it actually missed 42 line items total - Most were in the amount of -$65 or $65. All were in the same formatting (correct column headings) as all of the other transactions. I have even tried reuploading the missing transactions with a # in the description to be able to find them.. still not working. Why did the upload skip these? If I can’t get this fixed in the next couple days I need to find a new platform so I can finish getting these reports out.

I’ve had the same problem with the Stessa import. For some reason, when the import sees a duplicate amount, it skips the upload. I’ve been trying to get them to change the logic to match on date, property, transaction type, etc. I have numerous properties with the same rent, management fees, etc. I adjust each one by .01, .02, etc to get the transactions to upload then I go in and adjust the amounts back to the right numbers. It is a pain but it works until the Stessa programmers correct this.
