Stessa needs something in place (like YNAB has) that, upon importing transactions (manually or automatically) recognizes duplicates and flags them for merger. Whenever I manually enter a transaction that is later automatically imported by Stessa, they sit as duplicates, and one has to be deleted.
It also needs to recognize previously imported transactions so that they are not imported for a second time. (My transactions have not automatically imported for over a week and since I cannot continue waiting, I decided to manually import the transactions instead of manually entering them. I was trying to avoid the process of deleting the entries that I would currently be taking the time to enter in. See above. Manually importing the transactions caused ALL 2025 transactions to date to be imported into Stessa. My only option now is to delete hundreds of transactions, one by one.)
