did all of your balances carry over?
I upgrade my accounts, but not all my cash was transferred into the new accounts. I can see my balance in my closed Blue Ridge accounts, but I can’t access it, and I am not getting any response from customer service. I have left voicemail, email, and messages.
My upgrade was seamless. With that said, now that I have the new accounts setup I’m noticing that some of my vendors are failing to recognize Thread’s routing number when i’m setting up ACH transactions. One of my vendors’ systems rejected it outright. Another vendor couldn’t identify it either and had to push it through manually. Curious if anyone else has experienced anything similar?
