From previous suggestion I use two portfolios to track properties I own vs properties that are under contract. Recently I backed out on a property that’s under contract and I don’t have a good way to mark the property as something other than “sold”.
I could use “sold” as a workaround but it’s weird. I don’t want to delete the property because I have quite a bit of due diligence documents I want to keep.
It’d be great to have multiple states/statuses for a property. e.g. pending, backed out.
