It’s way overdue for Stessa to get a new data aggregator that actually works and keeps connections active. Doesn’t your contract with the aggregator contain clauses guaranteeing certain level of performance? Stessa has been ignoring glaring ongoing issue with data aggregator for way too long. We want and need a new aggregator. That’s the least you can do for this huge price increase.
