I have looked every ware but don’t see any option to set or modify the fair rental days or personal use days on each property. Not sure how the Schedule E calculates this field.

@kevflynn, the best I can tell is that it is linked to lease term start dates (The only properties that have 365 fair rental days have leases that start in a previous year). It does not appear to be on acquisition date or placed-in-service date. I don’t believe there is any way to edit personal-use days. However this is a complete guess.
Stessa, I would like to know more about this. Can you add a reference note in the footer and clarify how this is determined?

I have the exact same question- how does this get edited? I cannot figure out.
I’m gonna just edit in Excel, but it should be a field that is updated with STR bookings?
