It would be helpful to have a maturity date added for mortgages as well as somewhere in the dashboard to see a list of maturity dates for all current mortgages.

Thanks for the suggestion. A quick followup question for you: Since Stessa already asks you for the origination date, would it be easier if it also asked for the term of the mortgage (e.g. 30 years, 15 years), and then let Stessa compute the maturity date for you? That might be more convenient than making you use the date picker twice, and avoid errors.

Yes, that actually makes it even easier. There may be the rare instance where an owner has a wonky seller finance terms instead of a standard 30, 20, 15, etc.
