Over time the reports have improved - it would be nice to have reports based on Category / Subcategory. Eg : Top properties having the most amount of R & M. Or top properties with most ROI.
Also some basic analysis on the property insurance would be help full.
Eg : missing insurance details , liability too low ? etc.
Gap analysis ?
Instead of basic reporting lets put in some intelligence into the reports.
