In case i’m selling a property but still would like to keep the property info in Stessa for future record, is there a way to do it and not include it within the dashboard calulation for ROI and other metrics?

@yuvalvachtel Yes, there is a “Sold Property” designation available on the Property Details page, under the “Edit Financials” option, which can be found by clicking on the small gear icon near the photos.
