Why does it take 3 - 5 days after my tenant submits rent for it to come out of their account? it’s causing some issues on our tenants as they aren’t able to manage cash flow. Can we change it so it initiates the ACH immediately?

Yeah, I guess this allows the tenant to reverse the payment just like they can stop a check, which could be problematic. Zelle and Cash app pays faster
