Please consider adding an option to create landlord/tenant accounts for holding security deposits. I hate having to go in person to set up new accounts each tenancy. It’s a huge time suck.

@longino.rentals When you say “accounts” are you asking about separate Cash Management bank accounts for each tenancy, or are you just looking to keep the accounting/tracking separate?
When I say accounts for security deposits, I mean specific landlord/tenant accounts. In Pennsylvania, law requires landlords to hold tenant security deposits in “escrow,” specifically in a separate account which both the landlord and tenant can view for transparency. I have to go to my bank in person to set up these joint accounts each time I get a new tenant. It would be great if I could do this via STESSA for convenience while also maintaining compliance with local laws. There are some companies doing this already, but I don’t want to pay for another app.
