Ability to have tenant charges to different accounts

Its necessary for a Security Deposit to be held in a security-deposit-specific FDIC interest-bearing account. It is not to be co-mingled with other funds. Presently, tenants can only pay their charges to one stessa account, regardless of the purpose of the charge.

it would be helpful to both the landlord and tenant, for specific items to be able to be setup to be deposited to specific accounts.

Rent may be setup to go to acct x1111
Security Deposit may be setup to go to acct x5555
Utility reimbursements may be setup to go to acct x4444

At minimum there should be a way to collect security deposits directly to a separate account.
