Setting to allow or block partial rente payments

In my jurisdiction, receiving partial payments allows for renters to delay eviction proceedings, so this is a crucial feature to prevent this unless a renter complies with the contract that doesn’t permit partial payments.

I second this. For the same reason, I would like to require my tenants to pay all at once instead of individual payments. This should be a feature you can toggle on or off.

Any update on this? This is a critical feature. Lacking it really shows how incomplete Stessa is.

What is the update on this? Need this ASAP. I had a tenant we had to evict. In court, I had no ground to stand on because Stessa accepted partial payments for several months. So to the courts, I waived my rights to collect the full rent and the tenant is the leg up in the situation.

Not a great look on Stessa, this may force me to move to another platform such as RentRedi, even though I’ve liked Stessa thus far.

Looking for an update on this. This is a necessary feature. Can we please understand where in your Roadmap this is planned for delivery?
