New user. I have a portfolio of properties and most of the leases go back a year or more. Can I enter all the rents from lease inception up to current automatically? Or does each month have to be recorded manually (LOTS of data entry)
OR — since I do not have all transaction history (other than rent received) for each property, would it be more accurate to start each property in Stessa as of 2022 and leave all prior transactions out? Is there a better way to do all of this that I am missing?
