New user. I’m trying to invite tenant to submit maintenance requests, but when attempting to “add tenant,” no names appear (and I receive the “you must add a lease/tenant before selecting” tenant to invite – even though I have indeed already added a lease/tenant in Stessa (and can see it on other pages like Dashboard, leases, etc.
What am I doing wrong? End goal is to invite tenants to submit requests, but Stessa says I don’t have any … but it DOES recognize tenants/lease on other pages.
