Unconnected bank account

I have been using Stessa for over 5 years and back in the Spring one of my bank accounts is unable to connect.

Nothing works, not refreshing, not fixing connection, tried to add a new bank account and still nothing.

Any suggestions or tricks as I need to get taxes started.

I recall there being a transition in bank connectors around the Spring time. A lot of people had issues. As someone that offers bookkeeping services, including support for those that use Stessa, I find the bank connections more troublesome than helpful. I realize that doesn’t help you resolve your issue.

It is possible that your bank is no longer compatible with the new connector put in place.

Best you can do is reach out to tech support - I hope you get a quick answer. With holidays and such, you probably won’t.

If you’re truly in a bind - a lot of transactions - I can offer my services to you to get things taken care of relatively quick. At a minimum, get things uploaded into Stessa and then you can decide if I categorize them or you take care of that yourself.
