Hi, my Bank connection has been broke for 15 days. We need to complete our taxes and unable to utilize Stessa at this time. This has been an extremely frustrating experience with no sense of urgency. I have been in contact almost every day on an update. Some days I get no response from Stessa and when I do it is normally Yodlee is working on it. 1 day I did get details but it did nothing to fix my problem. I am at this point that this has become too much risk to my business operations and I am being forced to find a new accounting software solution.

Same here. I have 2 bank lender connections (PHH Mortgage and Pennymac) that have been broken for some time and tax reporting is due. Please help.
