Why won’t USAA import transactions? Other accounts work fine.

Stessa no longer supports USAA accounts. They spent weeks trying to blame me for the error and insisting that I must be doing something wrong before finally admitting that their bank connection provider doesn’t support USAA any longer and there’s nothing they can do about it. Horrendous customer service after I spent countless hours tracking all of our accounts in detail just for it to become worthless and incomplete shortly before tax season.

I was told by support today that Stessa is not accepting any new banks. Unsure why it stopped for you if it once worked. My opinion is Stessa wants everyone going through the cash management app and Blue Ridge Bank connected to it.
