Ability to upload an amortization schedule

It would save a lot of time manually updating loan balances and splitting up monthly payments between principal, interest, and escrow. It could be a reduction schedule linked to the property and the ledger. When a mortgage payment is logged in the ledger for that month, the loan balance reduces per the amortization schedule. Not all of my properties loan’s have mortgage websites that support linking, and linking has caused confusing on double logging transactions.
