As I expense each mortgage payment towards “Mortgage Principal” it would be a good idea to see the “Loan Balance” decrease and equity increase in the Properties Sections.
- After 2 years of mortgage payments, I’m sure everyone would like to see the remaining loan balance updated and see if Equity has increased.
Also, when you select to view a Property from the Dashboard, it would be great to see the Loan to value update when as payments are applied to the mortgage. Mine still shows the original mortgage amount.
