Same issue for me. We are approaching mid-year, and I am still missing much (but somehow not all?) Appfolio data for various properties across multiple property managers for various (sporadic) time periods. I had previously submitted a ticket and was told there is no timeline for resolution. This is affecting all my reporting. @victor
Indeed- connection to AppFolio was the primary reason I have enjoyed Stessa so much- but not having this working requires a lot of manual entry. I’ve tried reestablishing the connection, and resetting credentials to no avail- nothing imports after April for me from AppFolio. Not sure what else to try at this point.
Hi, thank you for this on using Chat GPT to convert Appfolio PDF statement to QIF file. The automatic upload of appfolio statements to Stessa was awesome, but looks like its gone now, Stessa told me yesterday 7/09/2025, they have no time frame when the automatic upload will be fixed. Anyway using Chat GPT to covert to QIF file did work, but but Stessa booked them for the wrong month, for May… I deleted and tried a couple more time and now Stessa not taking the upload at all.. any suggestions? i have 3 property manages all using Appfolio. I will be down 3 months once the June statements start hitting.. Any suggestions? or work arounds
