Like an expiring lease, it would be great to receive proactive notifications for when a capital expenditure is nearing the end of its expected life. I know we can run reports against these items, but it would provide some peace of mind knowing I’ll receive a notification when to keep a closer eye on certain mechanicals.
Perhaps recurring reminders for general items would be easier and more practical to implement . For example, one reminder for the furnace, another for replacing A/C filters, etc. I currently use another app for these reminders, but to have it available in Stessa means it’s more a one-stop-shop for me.
