Bank sync lost when update occurred HELP

Evening,

For the past month i have had an issue with stessa not being able to sync with my bank institution, which is Busey Bank. Recently the bank had updated its entire online/app system but i was told that engineers were on a correction for it, since then i have not heard back from anyone with any advice or solution. I love this software but am starting to fall behind on my record keeping. Does anyone have any insight on how this can be solved?

@tomkazimierczuk It appears this bank has instituted a mandatory authentication process for each recurring update action. I believe you’ve been able to refresh now via this process, which will unfortunately be required with each subsequent refresh. Let us know if that’s not the case.

We recommend simply refreshing data on a weekly or monthly basis, given your bank’s security requirements.
