I am trying to connect to a Midland States Bank business account. The trouble is, with a business account, there are three fields to fill in to login. Customer ID, User ID and password. Stessa thinks that there is just Username and Password. Two fields would be consistent with a personal account, but this is obviously a business account. Subsequently, it is impossible to begin syncing.
Well I figured it out with help form Christopher. Stessa has Midland States Bank seperated into business and personal. If you click on the first Midand States Bank you see, you will wind up with a personal account login.
