I had a new renter move-in to one of my apartment units on 7/1/20. I changed the values for Tenant Name, Deposit, Move-In, Lease Expires, however I was unable to enter a value for Rent. This cell value indicates “Vacant” and I can’t add any value. Please help.
@johnenemeth Apologies for the slow reply here. We somehow missed this thread. Regardless, this specific issue arose alongside some other upgrades we made to the Leases & Tenants features. It has since been resolved but please let us know if you’re still seeing the error on your end.
