Has anyone else’s Connected accounts stoped importing transactions? I added a second account to my Well’s Fargo and It no longer is refreshing. I also deleted the old login and recreated a new Login and it works for the innitial pull, but after that it doesn’t seem to want to refresh and I can force refresh it either. Wondering if anyone else is seeing simlar issues?
It’s been happening for a few months now. Duplicate connections, duplicate transactions, and connections that was just refreshed but still needs to be “fixed”. Folks have reported this issue here before and it definitely does not look like Stessa has the developers or the mind share to migrate to something like Plaid. I finally decided to migrate out of Stessa this week!
Ha. I’m looking into Baselane which looks extremely similar an Reihub. I’ve already moved 2/5 of my properties over to test the system. Support put a ticket in but I have a feeling this is going to go unresolved for a period of time. It doesn’t seem like they understand how important it is to have accurate bookkeeping. I have 10+ transactions occur a day. Shame I just renewed my stessa pro account 2 months ago which will be a waste
