How do I add recurring Mortgage, HOA and Management Fee to the transactions for the 1st of every month.
Note: My Bank account is not connected and I’m looking to do this with in Stessa.

@arunvgiri This functionality does not currently exist in Stessa, primarily because the Transactions page is designed to reflect actual outcomes from a connected bank or PM account, not expectations.
Some users have requested similar features via this Wishlist thread:
