I generally keep old tenant ledgers in stessa (my thinking is what is the benefit of deleting it? i may need to reference it in the future, etc) but wondering if folks delete their old tenant ledgers in stessa after a certain time frame?
yes, I would like to keep old tenant info in Stessa as well. But It would be nice to have a way to achive old tenants. Or else, when making a selection for a unit to assign a received rent, the old tenants kept coming up.
