@rich.pellizzi Is your question related to rental collection from tenants or as an expense?
For rent collection, I do not believe Stessa curently offers anything besides a monthly schedule. You would have to submit it manually through the tenant ledger once you have rent collection set up and scheduled.
As for expense transaction, absolutely, just like any other expense.
