Hello Everyone,
I’ve seen this question posed a couple of different ways but I couldn’t find a solution based on the answers. I’m trying to show on a report my profit/loss on a flip property. I realize Stessa is built more for rentals right now, which is how I primarily use it, but I think this would be useful for rentals as I sell them also. I’m really just looking for a bottom line of purchase - expenses + sale = ? I think I have a pretty good handle on how to manage mortgages and payoffs in between but I can’t figure out how to categorize the purchase and sale so it spits out that number on a report for me. What am I missing?
