Stessa inputs one of my properties as a single home residence with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. But actually this is a 7 Suite residence. Each of the 7 residents have their own Suite. Each of the 7 tenants pay their own unique rent for their Suite depending on private vs shared with one person. Each person has their own microwave, refrigerator and sinks. It is actually like 7 different apartments. How do I account for each of the residents on Stessa when the address comes up as a one person residence or as
a residence that has a “Head” tenant. I have 7 separate leases. The tenants are all separate.
Please help.
