Anyone else having problems getting their tax package out of Stessa? I have been trying since January 20th and customer service efforts at resolving have been sub par. Multiple attempts have been made. Even though I have had no issues using Stessa for a number of years, this lack of resolution calls into question the stability of the platform.
My experience is the tax package for some reason generates pure garbage & cannot be relied on. Do not use it. Generate what you need from “reports” and save them instead.
