We have our property managers statements linked to our Stessa and the lawn care & snow removal transaction item has been showing up each month for each of our properties reliably. It is about 4 transactions each month for each property. Then in Dec. 2021 these transactions stopped showing up in the Stessa reports. Although for one property in Feb. the transactions do show up. All the other items that our property manager inputs in their reports shows up in Stessa but for some reason this one item has stopped (except the one property in Feb). On the property managers report it is titled Bell-Air Lawn Care which has not changed. Any idea why we are having this problem?
