I emailed Stessa weeks ago about a bank connectivity issue with Citizens Bank issue that hasn’t been resolved. No response.
I don’t even see their Live Support on their website anymore.

Yeah, How do I contact Stessa support?? I don’t see a phone, chat or even email!! There’s been no movement on my paid background checks. The prospects said that they did everything they were supposed to. I don’t think I can use a system if there’s no support other than a blog. so please help!!
Good to know before I consider using Stessa for additional services like listings and background checks.
@andrew3 Ever since Stessa sold to Roofstock, there has been very little support. There’s a guy named Victor that I sympathize for and have never seen any other names.
I use Stessa for myself and my landlord clients to do their bookkeeping. Even though its more work for me, I strongly encourage my clients to disconnect their bank systems. There are things in the connection that don’t always work and it is more frustrating to find the issues than to just do things a bit more manually. One example for me personally was an escrow disbursement to pay insurance came back to Stessa as income. This is because it was a positive number of money coming out of the bank instead of a negative number as a payment to the bank. I don’t think it was Stessa’s fault but more of the connection platform and how the information is communicated.

Support@STESSA.com there is a phone number (not sure what it is), Believe you have to schedule a call (have not used it).

Thanks! I tried the chat and didn’t get a response. I used the email and did get a response. It took over a week, but eventually my question was addressed. I hope it was slower than usual due to the holidays.
Does anyone have any tips for getting a response from Stessa Support? I can’t transfer money to my bank and have emailed the address provided but haven’t heard anything.
I’ve used that icon and have had ZERO response…
I have also been experiencing an issue reaching support. I called, the voicemail message says to email or use chat. The schedule a call shows no available appointments. We’re new to the platform and it doesn’t seem to be as easy to use as advertised for the integrated aspects.
I’m having the same problem. I’ve been trying both the chat app and email with no luck. Really disappointing.
Hi I’m having a issue with transactions not showing up as well. Has anyone had any luck contacting support? Its been about 4 days for me and I have not heard anything.
Good news! I tried using the chat bot at the bottom of the screen to ask a support question two times within the last few days. The first time the AI assistant pointed me to the right article that contained a video tutorial that covered my question well. The second question I asked the chat bot resulted in the AI not being able to answer the question however indicated that a human would reply within 2 hours, and someone from support did answer my question within 2 hours. Stessa Support is alive!
I’m not receiving a chatbox nor a way to communicate with anyone. The transactions I input are not going to the correct rental address. Very frustrated with this new layout.
@jb_senterprises what browser are you using when the chat bot icon doesn’t appear (in app.stessa.com)? Chrome seems to consistently work for me. If the icon appears in the lower right corner but the chat bubble doesn’t pop up when clicked then perhaps you have a pop-up blocker blocking it.
Good to hear they are responding to some folks. I have not heard from them in over a week, also using chrome. Here is a screenshot, the last message from the AI bot was on Feb 3rd. Never received an email or message reply.
Like mentioned in my message I am trying to finish things up for my taxes. May just have to do it manually at this point.
Have you looked at importing transactions to fill this void? I have imported transactions from a CSV I crafted to expedite adding transactions the are missing from an bank import.
